B3 — Đánh giá vị trí & Tư vấn: Guide to consulting area. Wash hands. Examine ear structure — assess if position is feasible (sufficient space, cartilage structure compatible, not too thin). Use trained anatomy knowledge. Recommend suitable positions based on individual anatomy.

B4 — Chọn khuyên & Up/Cross-sell: Introduce Titanium first (for new piercings), then other materials. Help customer try display pieces. Proactively suggest additional piercings (upsell) and additional jewelry for existing piercings (cross-sell). Promote active campaigns.

B5 — Thanh toán & Cam kết: Issue numbered tray. Guide to cashier. Place new jewelry in numbered tray. Guide customer through Services Agreement form. Explain rights, obligations, risks, warranty.

B6 — Tiễn khách: Check on customer. Open door. Smile, bow, "Cockstock cảm ơn ạ."

B1-B2: Same greeting + needs assessment as piercing consultation.

B3 — Đánh giá & Tư vấn phối: Assess piercing site condition. Check if hole can accept all jewelry types. Style consultation — observe current jewelry, ask preferences (stone, shape, hoop).

B4 — Tư vấn khuyên + Upsell: If hole accepts all types: introduce by material tier (Titan → Steel → Alloy). If hole has limitations: explain why certain jewelry won't work (post length, design). Upsell additional jewelry. Cross-sell new piercings + medical check.

B5-B6: Same payment + send-off as piercing consultation.

Chuẩn bị: Seat customer. Receive jewelry. Confirm position + size. Prepare sterilized tools: clamp in tall alcohol cup, jewelry soaking in short cup 1, saline cotton in short cup 2.

Tư vấn: Check piercing age + condition. Assess healing signs (bump, redness, swelling, pain, pus). If signs of active issues → recommend medical check instead of jewelry change.

Tháo: Gloves on. Remove old jewelry. Simple positions (lobe, helix, flat, conch, tragus, rook, daith): standard labret removal. Special positions (lip, nose, navel, eyebrow, industrial, septum): position-specific techniques documented.

Vệ sinh: Soak new jewelry + taper in alcohol. Wipe both sides clean. Clean piercing site with saline.

Thay (ear/eyebrow): Insert through front of hole. Watch back exit while threading. Use taper for guidance. Screw top on firmly.

Thay (special/body): Lip — clamp and stabilize. Navel — insert curved barbell from underneath. Nose — L-shaped: thread from inside. Septum — use circular motion technique.

Kết thúc: Ask: "Mình rửa sạch và gói khuyên cũ cho bạn nhé?" Clean workspace immediately. No blood/debris left on surface.

"Xỏ có đau không?" → "Chỉ nhói 1 chút và trải qua rất nhanh, thợ xỏ bên mình làm sẽ rất nhanh và nhẹ tay."

"Lỗ xỏ bao lâu lành?" → Position-specific: Lobe 1.5mo jewelry change → 4mo stable. Cartilage positions longer. Depends on hygiene + downsize timing.

"Bao lâu hết đau?" → "Khoảng 30 phút là hết đau. Sau đó hơi nhức nhẹ 1-2 ngày."

"Bao lâu thay khuyên được?" → Position-dependent. Basic rule: "hết đau nhức và khô là thay được."

"Bao lâu nằm nghiêng được?" → After downsize (3 weeks–1 month). Still recommend minimizing pressure.

"Xỏ 2 bên cùng lúc?" → Lobe OK with caution. Cartilage: recommend one side at a time — sleeping issues, double healing burden.

"Tại sao không xỏ vòng?" → Hoops have large contact area → easy to snag, constant pressure on new piercing. Straight labret recommended for healing period.

"Có cần ăn kiêng?" → "Theo đúng lí thuyết là không cần ăn kiêng" — no clinical evidence. Focus on hygiene, not diet.

"Hay bị lên Bump à?" → "Bump có thể hết được nếu được chăm sóc, vệ sinh tốt. Bump thực tế chỉ là mụn nước" — many contributing factors (hygiene, snagging, sleeping, wrong jewelry). Not a COCKSTOCK-specific issue.

"Dễ bị Bump không?" → "Không đâu, nếu lỗ xỏ được cậu chăm sóc, vệ sinh cẩn thận."

"Đào thải khuyên là gì?" → Friction between jewelry and skin → skin erodes, pushes jewelry out. Typically 3-6 months, varies by individual.

"Downsize là gì?" → Shortening post length to fit after initial swelling subsides (typically 3 weeks–1 month). Prevents shifting, snagging, and bump formation.

"Titan và thép y tế khác gì?" → Titanium advantages: (1) Internal threading — smoother insertion, faster healing. (2) No nickel — zero allergy risk. (3) Lighter weight. (4) Mirror polish — less friction.

"Sao giá sản phẩm cao hơn?" → "Hàng tuỳ chất lượng, bên mình luôn có hàng đặt riêng nên giá đang tốt nhất thị trường rồi."

"Giá lỗ xỏ cao hơn?" → Equipment quality (US needles), free medical check included. "Thực ra là rẻ hơn vì bên khác không bao gồm khuyên."

"Ít hàng mới quá?" → "Hàng mới đang được trưng bày theo từng danh mục trên bảng khuyên."
